The acquisition was for an undisclosed price with exchange and completion taking place within 2 weeks of negotiations being concluded.

Evolution Park boasts 44,217 sq ft across the Innovation Centre and Fusion House. Offering Grade A office solutions and its tenants include the NHS, Maintel Europe and Assystem Energy and Infrastructure.

The asset was sold off market and the sellers were represented by PK3 Agency.
